The construction of the gravity sewer collection system of the Byers Road sanitary sewer extension project  -- from Route 100 to Eagle Farms Road and within Eagle Farms Road from Byers Road to Byers Station -- is concluding.  Sanitary sewer laterals were installed to serve fifteen (15) individual properties within the project area.  Sanitary sewer testing and final paving restoration within these two roadways will be completed by the end of June 2022.

Responsibilities


Established in 1989, the township's Municipal Authority is responsible for:
  • Communicating and issuing regulations governing its sanitary sewer systems
  • Ensuring safe and reliable sanitary sewer operations
  • Operating one regional sewer system and seven community sewer systems
