At approximately 10:45 a.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 the Township's contractor, while installing sewer infrastructure on Christine Drive in the Eagle Manor sub-division, struck a buried PECO electric line. PECO responded to the scene and is affecting the necessary repairs. Electric service for all homes on Dorothy Lane and Christine Drive are expected to have power restored this evening, September 23, 2015. Thank you for your patience and understanding while PECO makes the needed repairs. If your home was on the circuit served by the transformer closest to the break a PECO representative visited your home to pull and inspect your electric meter for damage prior to power restoration. If you believe you have any damage to the inside of your home as a result of this disruption in service please contact the Township at 610-458-9400.
