A winter storm warning has been issued for Chester County beginning today, Tuesday, January 21, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. running through tomorrow, Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at 6:00 a.m. Please keep all streets clear of vehicles, trash and recycling Toters, etc. Trash and recycling will be collected today for as long as the weather permits - reminder once collected please immediately remove the Toters from the street. All vehicles parked in areas restricted by properly posted signs are subject to being ticketed and towed. Please drive safely and dress appropriately for the frigid temperatures.
