Vantage Point Chester Springs will appear in front of the Upper Uwchlan Township Board of Supervisors at an advertised work session on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 4:00 PM to review an assisted living facility proposed to be located on an available parcel of land located at 145 Byers Road, at the corner of Graphite Mine Road and Byers Road, Chester Springs, PA. This parcel of land is located in the PRD Zoning District and is subject to two conditional use decisions (1999 & 2003) both of which were specific to the Byers Station approval processes. Said decision and orders allow for up to 40,000 square feet of retail/commercial development as permissible in the C-1 and C-3 Zoning Districts. The Board of Supervisors will be discussing a proposed zoning amendment adding an assisted living facility as a permitted use in the PRD Zoning District. The Upper Uwchlan Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing Tuesday, December 12, 2017, 7:00 PM, at the Upper Uwchlan Township Building, 140 Pottstown Pike, Chester Springs, 19425 to consider the Stofik's Application requesting relief from the Area & Bulk Regulations of Section 200-14.F of the Upper Uwchlan Township Zoning Ordinance in order to permit a horse barn and paddock in the front yard of 620 Fellowship Road, Chester Springs, 19425, owned by Evelyn Evans. The Property is located in the R-1 Residential Zoning District, being tax parcel 32-02-0002. All persons in attendance may address the Zoning Hearing Board in this matter.
