The Board of Supervisors of Upper Uwchlan Township is soliciting bids for Pavement Marking Services for 2023.  Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “2023 PROPOSAL FOR PAVEMENT MARKINGS” to the Township Secretary, 140 Pottstown Pike, Chester Springs, PA 19425 no later than 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 14, 2023.  All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or deposit in the form of a certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price.  The complete Bid Specification is available on the Township website at www.upperuwchlan-pa.gov/Bids.aspx. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at the Township Building in the Schoolhouse.  Bids may be awarded at the Board of Supervisors meeting Monday, June 19, 2023, which begins at 7:00 p.m. or subsequent meeting as determined to be in the best interest of Upper Uwchlan Township.  The Township reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.  The public is invited to attend.
