The 2020 Census is for Everyone
Every person in your household counts in the Census regardless of age or immigration status. The goal of the 2020 Census is a complete and accurate count of everyone living in the United States and its territories. You should count yourself at the place where you were living and sleeping most of the time as of April 1, 2020 (Census Day).
College students, service members, people living in shelters, and people in health care facilities may have questions about where they should count themselves or how they should respond.
