Upland Farm Barn Renovation Celebrated at Ribbon Cutting

CHESTER SPRINGS, PA – On Friday, April 8, 2022, the Upper Uwchlan Township Board of Supervisors celebrated the recently completed renovation of the Barn at Upland Farm with a ribbon cutting.

Invited guests included past Supervisors and members of the erstwhile Upland Farms Advisory Committee. Representatives from Boyle Construction, the firm which managed the project, and general contractor Uhrig Construction were thanked for their dedication. Township staff were acknowledged for their efforts in bringing the project to the finish line. Also in attendance were members of the DiLibero family, former owners of the Barn and farm that is now Upland Farm Park. Local and state elected officials attended to show their support for the project.

The following morning, the Township held a public open house at the Barn, allowing visitors to view the renovations firsthand. Renovations include a special event/meeting area, classrooms, a deck, and restrooms for park users.

The Barn will be available to rent beginning May 1, 2022. Rental information, requirements, and fees can be found at www.upperuwchlan-parks.com. Rental requests may be submitted starting April 18.
