Conditional Use Hearing: Struble Trail Extension Phase II

The Board of Supervisors of Upper Uwchlan Township will hold a public meeting and conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, 6:00 PM at the Temporary Township Administration Office – 415 Eagleview Boulevard, Suite 116, Exton PA 19341 -- to consider an application filed by Chester County Department of Facilities and Parks seeking Conditional Use pursuant to §200-44.I.(10) of the Upper Uwchlan Township Zoning Ordinance to allow a governmental use, namely extending the existing Struble Trail from its current terminus on Tax Parcel 32-6-65.1 on the south side of Dorlan Mill Road, crossing Dorlan Mill Road, and continuing to the west to the lands of Marsh Creek State Park, involving Tax Parcels 32-6-66, 32-6-48.1, 32-6-49 and 32-6-49.2. The Conditional Use Application is available for public review at the Temporary Township Administration Office Monday-Friday, 9:00-3:00. The Board of Supervisors will conduct the hearing and may render a decision on the Applicant's request.
