The Upper Uwchlan Township Municipal
Authority (Authority) is pleased to announce two new extensions to the Route
100 Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) sanitary sewer system - Milford
Farms and the western portion of Byers Road.
The Milford Farms sanitary sewer
extension will provide public sewer service to those homes bounding Surrey Lane
and Carriage Drive, and also the series of homes from 395 Font Road to 491 Font
The Byers Road sanitary sewer extension
will provide public sewer for homes and businesses along the western portion of
Byers Road from 100 Byers Road to 211 Byers Road, including two businesses
along Route 100, and the residential homes along the portion of Eagle Farms
Road situated between Graphite Mine Road and Senn Drive.
A letter will be mailed to all property
owners in the preceding Milford Farms and Byers Road affected areas who will
need to be connected to the new sanitary sewer extensions.
The Authority invites all property
owners who have received the letter concerning the sanitary sewer projects to
attend the regular monthly meeting of the Authority to be held at the Pickering
Valley Elementary School - 121 Byers Road, Chester Springs 19425 - on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. At the meeting
the Authority will outline details of each project, including costs and
schedule, answer any questions about the projects, and provide details on where
the most up-to-date information on the projects can be found.
