Yard waste collection. Place yard waste materials curbside the night before to guarantee collection. Use biodegradable bags or open containers (no lids attached) as these materials are composted. Do NOT use Township-Provided toter carts or plastic bags. Branches (< 3" diameter) must be bundled with twine and no larger than 3' x 3' bundles or placed in open containers.

The Upper Uwchlan Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a Public Hearing to consider an application filed by Chester County Department of Facilities and Parks seeking Conditional Use pursuant to §200-44.I.(10) of the Township Zoning Ordinance to allow a governmental use, namely extending the existing Struble Trail from its current terminus on Tax Parcel 32-6-65.1 on the south side of Dorlan Mill Road, crossing Dorlan Mill Road, and continuing to the west to the lands of Marsh Creek State Park, involving Tax Parcels 32-6-66, 32-6-48.1, 32-6-49 and 32-6-49.2.

The Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing September 25, 2019, 7:00 PM at 411 Eagleview Blvd - Conference Room, Exton PA 19341 to consider the Application of Patrick & Patricia Donoghue, 403 Greenridge Road, Glenmoore PA for a special exception, variance, and any other appropriate relief from the Non-Conforming Structures provisions of Section 200-103.A.(1) of the Zoning Ordinance of 1989 as amended in order to construct a 570 square foot addition to an existing dwelling which would be greater than 25% of the footprint of the existing dwelling, at 403 Greenridge Road, in the R-2 Residential Zoning District (tax parcel 32-1-7.3-A). An opportunity will be afforded all in attendance to address the Zoning Hearing Board in this matter.
