The Commission consists of 9 members appointed by the Board of Supervisors for a five-year term with responsibility to review land development and subdivision applications, provide guidance and issue recommendations to the Board.
Critical in its evaluation role, is the Commission's task to ensure that all development occurring within the Township adheres to the community's Zoning and Land Development Ordinances and meets the spirit of its Comprehensive Plan.
