Q. What do I need to submit?
-
A. A complete permit package is a completed application form, a plot plan, two sets of plans and if you reside in a development that is governed by the Homeowners' Association, a copy of their approval letter for your project.
Q. How much will it cost?
-
A. The permit fees are calculated by the inspectors during the permit review process. Once your permit is ready for pick up, the Township will give the homeowner a call and let them know the permit price at that time. Payment is to be made at the time of permit pick up. However, if you would like to calculate your fees, please see our Fee Schedule.
Q. What inspections will I need?
-
A. A general rule of thumb is a footing inspection, backfill inspection, frame inspection (with rough wire electric sticker obtained prior to inspection), insulation inspection and Final Inspection (with final electric sticker obtained prior to inspection).
